EPF Building

This is not a working day. Therefore the traffic in Greentown is smooth & relaxing. During the working days, the surrounding of EPF (Employees Provident Fund) Building would be so congested. One of the reasons is the very limited public parking available in the building compound, while this is a busy department which commonly flooded by crowd. I am wondering the building architect has ever taken the factors of traffic & parking into consideration when designing the building. This is not the only public service building having this mistake but most of the government offices (at least in Ipoh) are not visitor friendly.
