Storm Is Coming

It was dinner time where dark clouds were covering the sky and it seems the city will be hit by storm tonight. Strong wind was blowing along Cowan Street. Without suspicious tthere will be downpour soon and I certainly grab an umbrella before entering restaurant. However, out of my expectation, there was no rain until I finish my dinner. The only one thing I can think of is the strong wind had brought the clouds elsewhere before rain fall.
