Today is 31st March. The world is invoked to participate the Earth Hour 2012 by switching off lights for 60 minutes at 8:30pm as a symbolic move to support reduction of Earth resources consumption. Although it's only an hour but if hundreds of millions of people in the world could contribute their very little effort, the effect would be huge. Similarly, if damage to the nature like this is considered negligible, millions of such activity would be significantly impacting Earth's climate.
