During this raining season, thunder storm in the afternoon is an everyday matter that either strikes sooner or later. Most of the times it is still a sunny day during lunch hours and the atmosphere begin to turn dark after 3pm. Anyway the routine is slightly shifted earlier today. Downpour is seen at Kledang range when I was on my way back to work after finished lunch.

Cycling Under The Sun
While most of us choose to drive a car, some senior citizen still prefer cycling, for one reason is that they do not have a driving license. And it is kind of torturing to cycle under the direct sunlight especially in the afternoon. Therefore, an additional arm cover and a big round hat are something must be worn in such extreme weather. In my opinion, it would be better if there also a pair of sunglasses.

It's PC Fair Again
Yes, it's PC Fair again! This IT show organized by The National ICT Association of Malaysia, PIKOM, is getting more popular now and there are 3 rounds in a year being carried in major cities nationwide. The fair landed in Ipoh Indera Mulia Indoor Stadium & this 3-day event started on Friday. Despite the congestion seen today, I believe the crowd still not reach its peak but it should hit in Sunday.

Paragon City Hotel
When driving along Kampung Simee Road, you won't find difficult to spot Paragon City Hotel. It is an outstanding 6-storey building among the low rise residential houses of Simee & Star Park. It's location is quite a nice choice to serve customer whom like to gain instant access to Ipoh Garden, Canning Garden, Simee, Fair Park & Kepayang Village. Of course, it still compete with nearby budget hotels such as De Hotel and Fair Park Hotel. Anyway, the hotel should be pretty well accepted as I observe its car park is always busy. Home For The Aged
City life nowadays is always busy. Family tends to break into smaller units & elder generation is often lack of care by the children. Many senior citizens are just too lonely & dangerous to stay alone at home and they are forced to live in home for the aged. Certainly none of them would like to do so but the present society has changed humanity so much. Number of home for the aged is getting greater while some even getting bigger. Someone may not realize that these two big buildings in Simee are, in fact home for lonely old men & women. Being grown to such a big scale, it tells us there are more & more unfortunate old folks in our society.
