The glass skin building, Wisma Bougainvillea (Bougainvillea Building) is one of the few recognizable high rise buildings in town. It is named over the city flower. This is a commercial owned by the city council. Most of the high rise buildings in Ipoh are not designed in good shape. Somehow I find the Ipoh City Council has shown a good example where the council headquarters in Greentown & Wisma Bougainvillea is displaying good architecture.
